Tibetan bowls are placed on specific areas of the body, the sound waves release tensions and promote relaxation, tranquillity, balance and a natural harmony.

Concept

The Sound Massage with Tibetan Bowls (also called Sound Therapy), is made by placing bowls directly on the physical body of the receptor, which is found lying comfortably on a mattress and without the need to undress any clothing.

The therapy has been given this name due to the effect that the sound provokes when running through the body, massaging the body’s cells with vibrations and harmonic sound waves. The bowls are placed directly on specific areas of the body and the sound waves releases tensions, providing relaxation, tranquillity, balance and harmony.

Usually, with continued treatments, the continuous submission of the gentle rippling effect of the bowls ends up dissolving blockages, restoring energy flow, harmonizing the body and balancing one’s health. Sound Massage acts at very deep levels, hardly achieved by other methods.
